Virtual Reality Has Gone To The Dogs

I’m not saying that virtual reality isn’t as good as it used to be. In fact, I’m saying the opposite. Virtual reality has gotten so advanced and widespread that even actual canines are enjoying it. It has literally gone to the dogs.

This all came to my attention after a recent video on YouTube called “Dog Tries VR” reached over 2 million views. The title, while descriptive, does not adequately prepare you for the cuteness you’re in for. You need to see for yourself:

While the camera work is a little shaky, that doesn’t detract from this undeniably adorable clip. This little golden isn’t just wearing a VR headset, he’s actually using it. You can see him looking around, panting, and even trying to sniff out what’s in front of him.

People are always wondering what the future is going to be like, and this might just be a sneak peek. Dog VR goggles seem a little far-fetched, but the idea of dog video games or digital content made just for a canine audience is definitely intriguing.
