This Golden Brings Everyone Glee

Golden retriever puppies are the cutest things to ever exist on this planet. That’s just a fact and I’m sticking to it. So it’s no surprise that a little pup named Glee is making big news with her quest to make the world a happier place.

Glee’s owner Jared Kasner started an Instagram account a few years ago dedicated to pictures of adorable goldens. At the time, he didn’t have the time or space to provide a loving home for one of these precious pups. But eventually, he was able to bring home his own bow-wow bundle of joy, who he appropriately named Glee.

Now Glee is the star of the Instagram account, and she’s making her mark on the Big Apple by asking people: “What makes you gleeful?” The goal is to spread the puppy power of cuteness to as many people as possible and try to make the world just a little bit happier.

“Her name says it all – she’s about optimism and happiness. Nothing gives her more joy than making her followers smile and encouraging them to see life through her rose-colored glasses. She believes the future is golden,” Kasner told PEOPLE.

With almost 300,000 followers, Glee is definitely making an impact. She’s talked to dozens of people about what brings them glee, and it doesn’t seem like she’s stopping any time soon. No matter what their answers, I’m sure each and every one of them felt at least a little happier after hanging out with this lil hound.

When asked about her plans for the future, this is what Kasner had to say: “In our busy lives, Glee provides people with a moment to meditate on the things that bring them joy. We hope that by bringing New Yorkers glee, we can help them to see that positivity can unite them. We are in the process of bringing glee to all New Yorkers across the five boroughs. Maybe we’ll even do a cross-country trip one day!”
