Wouldn’t it be great to live in a world where you could take your dog everywhere? It’s not a reality yet, but a new start-up called Dog Parker is here to help. They’re creating smart dog houses outside of non dog-friendly stores. These houses allow you to safely “park” your dog outside instead of leaving them at home or tying them to a pole.
It may seem like a strange concept at first, but it’s an interesting one for people who love bringing their dogs everywhere. There are still some stores (such as grocery stores) that don’t allow pets, and these little homes provide a great way to keep your dog safe while you shop.
Each of these dog houses is equipped with the latest technology. They feature webcams you can see from your phone, temperature control, and fans to help circulate fresh air. All of the houses are designed to keep your pet safe and comfortable.
Between uses, the dog house is automatically sanitized with UV light. They’re also always connected, so you and the Dog Parker team can always keep tabs on what’s happening. And with the Dog Parker app, you can tell which ones are open and available in your area.
These high-tech dog houses can already be found in some parts of Brooklyn, and the company plans to expand to the greater New York City area. So the next time you head to your local supermarket, don’t be surprised if you see one of these little puppy parking spots waiting outside.
