Pet lovers from across the country gathered in New York City last weekend for our first annual PetCon. Hundreds of people showed up to meet some of their favorite famous pets, mingle with other pet people, and learn how to make their own pet a star. News organizations like The Verge, Good Morning America, E! News, and Us Weekly all came to cover this amazing event. In addition to all the press coverage, PetCon got tons of love on social media from both our pet influencers and their fans. Here’s a look at what they had to say:
Mervin was more than happy to meet with some of his adoring fans.
Brussels.sprout showed off his famous pouty face and his impressive twerking skills.
Sisters Ella and Coconut Bean took the stage in matching denim….naturally.
King Bentley showed off his new personalized sweatshirt from Bow & Drape.
Louboutina strutted her stuff on the red carpet and showed off her signature hugs.
Reese from Harlow and Sage made tons of new furry friends.
Crusoe got plenty of love and attention from all of his fans.
It was love at first sight for Leroy and Quincy Fox.
Aspiring stars Audrey and Jordan rubbed paws with plenty of famous furballs.
Sunglass Cat was one of the few feline representatives, but she sure made a splash.
Fans of Tuna got an amazing photoshoot with their favorite shrivelneck.
Englebert was there to represent the whole Wolfgang2242 clan, and he did not disappoint.
Everyone was finding new friends at PetCon, no matter the species.
Seriously, just look at this cat and this hamster. Instant best friends.
Waffle Nugget looked perfectly photogenic, just waiting for her close-up.
So many great pets and so many great panels at PetCon 2017.
Chloe Kardoggian got up close and personal with some of her biggest fans.
Who wouldn’t want a pic with the very adorable and very slobbery Sometimes Carl?
Riley Bean saw that red carpet and definitely took full advantage of it.
No one can escape the puparazzi…especially not a star like Pardon Thy French.
There were plenty of stars, but the adoptable pups definitely stole the show.
This superfan was spotted with all her favorite Instagram stars.
Fangirling harder over dogs than people was a common theme this weekend.
There was definitely no shortage of amazing dog fashion ~looks~.
Everyone was all smiles, especially our pal Walter.
I would much rather be at #PetCon right now

For those who couldn’t make it to PetCon, we feel your pain. It was definitely an amazing weekend filled with more adorable animals than we could handle. But hopefully all these photos and posts give you an idea of all the pet-filled fun.
