Don’t Miss LA’s Pooches in the Pool Event

Want to include your pooch in your end of summer fun? Don’t miss LA’s 3rd Annual Pooches in the Pool event on Monday!

This Labor Day, don’t forget your dog when you head off to your local pool for the last splash! The Department of Parks and Recreation of Los Angeles County welcomes your furry friend to join you at several local pools before they close for the summer.

This puppy pool party is the perfect way to let your dog cool off before the summer comes to an end.

Although only dogs will be allowed in the pools Monday evening, you can still enjoy watching them splash and play with the other pups while you soak up the last bit of summer sun.

All dogs are welcome to this event but don’t forget to bring your dog’s license and vaccination documents.

Small pups will have the first dive from 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm before the larger dogs have the last splash from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm.

To find more information on locations and other requirements, visit the Los Angeles County Animal Care and Control website.
