Doga Is Taking Over London

Have you ever gone to the gym and left your dog at home? If you move to London, this will be a thing of the past. Doga classes (yes, that’s dog+yoga) are a weekly occurrence and they provide the perfect way to get fit with your pup.

These classes incorporate many of the typical yoga moves, just with more fur. As you move into downward facing dog, imagine how cute it would be to have your pooch scurrying under you. Instead of just lifting your arms to the sky, try lifting your small pup for some extra weight.

One studio in particular that offers these weekly classes is Doga Mahny. Sessions range from 22.50 pounds ($30) to 75 pounds ($100). It sounds a little steep, but it’s worth it to spend some quality time with your canine.

Doga is beneficial for mental health as well. Deep breathing and meditation can help reduce stress for both you and your pup.
