Bow Wow Beach Bar

Croatia is an undercover vacation destination known for its rich history and beautiful beaches. If you’re a dog lover, then it’s also known for its beach bar made specifically for pups. Monty’s Dog Beach in Crikvenica is one destination no dog lover would want to miss.

This very special beach bar looks over the brilliant blue waters of the Adriatic Sea. Owners and pups alike can take a snooze on a sun bed and enjoy the beautiful weather that Croatia has to offer.

When your pup needs something to eat, Monty’s has them covered. They offer specially brewed beer made from chicken and vegetables, as well as banana, peanut, yogurt, and soy milk ice cream.

Recently, Monty’s hosted a swimming competition for 15 humans and their respective canine companions. Participants had to run to the end of the pier and swim 100 meters back to shore. In the end, it was a four-year-old Samoyed named Nimbus who took home the grand prize of dog food and a weekend at a local hotel.

If you’re looking for one last summer getaway to enjoy with your furry friend, Croatia might just be the ideal doggy destination.
